Sage Service Operations
Sage Service Operations is a cloud-based service management solution that integrates with both Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate and Sage 100 Contractor. Sage Service Operations is browser-based and is supported on most mobile platforms, including Android, Windows, and iOS. Sage Service Operations is broken out into two products, one for use by the technician and another for the company’s customer.
Sage Service Operations for technicians bridges the gap between the technician and office support staff by bringing improved service management processes to the field. Core functionality provides field service automation for the following: work order processing, access to service site history, sales opportunity creation, mobile purchase order creation, payment collection from the field, and real-time schedule updates.
Sage Service Operations for customers enhances overall customer service experience by enabling clients or tenants to “self-serve” and electronically request new work orders and access account information such as invoices, work order status, service request history, and equipment asset lists.
