Entry Level Sales
  

Cornerstone Solutions is currently seeking an Entry Level Sales person to add to our growing sales team. We are seeking a candidate with the right amount of enthusiasm and the desire to start building a career.

This role interacts with both both the sales and the marketing team on a daily basis. Primary repsonsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Placing outgoing calls to current customers and prospects to relate new product information as well as special offers.


• Assist sales team in finding new lead sources. Lists will be provided for cold calling and lead follow-up purposes.


• Assist marketing team in customer communications. This includes telemarketing and email campaigns.


• Work directly with sales team to learn both the product knowledge necessary for the next step as well as the sales techniques utilized by each member to achieve success.


• Responsible for all add-on sales. This includes calling current customers to offer additional product information as it is relevant.


• Assist the sales and marketing team with expanding our Wisconsin market. Knowledge of Wisconsins construction or real estate industries will be veiwed as a plus.


• This role is a full time position with a base salary as well as bonus incentives. Cornerstone Solutions offers a complete health care plan and a 401K program.

Requirements

In order to continue winning our customers loyalty we are looking for an indiviudal who poses excellent communication and follow-up skills. Due to the nature of the job superior phone skills are required.



The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 2-4 year degree in business admin, marketing or sales required.


• Prior sales experience is a plus.


• Prior experience in either the construction or real estate industries a plus.


• A good attitude and pleasant demeanor is necessary to offer the level of customer service we expect.


• The hunger to advance and the desire to learn is a must for success in this role.


• The ability to work independantly is required. Training and direction will be given but we need someone who can take the basic information offerred and run with it .
