TimberScan Seminars
TimberScan is a paperless accounts-payable processing system that is fully integrated with the Sage Timberline Office AP program. TimberScan enhances your AP system by adding a highly customizable distribution, renewal, approval, and reporting system. Here's how it works:
- It scans invoices by data entry group or approver group at a high speed scanning station.
- The right people get selected automatically.
- Invoices are entered into Sage Timberline Office and the system attaches the image as a file link and adds processing notes in the invoice record.
- Sage Timberline Office AP is not required again until it's time to process checks.
- TimberScan takes over and automates your entire review, routing, and approval process.
- TimberScan contains numerous reports that can include the scanned invoices. Run reports by job, property, date, CAM expense, open invoices, paid invoices, and other such criteria.
